NGF's First Annual General Body Meeting 2005

NGF's First Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) was held on Saturday May 14, 2005 between 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Dakshin Restaurant, 672 Waverly Street, Framingham, MA 01702.

Kabir Sen (a professional musician from Cambridge and son of nobel laureate Amartya Sen) performed solo at the lunch with both some original music and some Beatles covers. He is a songwriter and a hip hop artist who teaches music for school children at Shady Hill School and BB&N in Cambridge.

Main AGM Agenda were:

1. Adopting Constitution and ByLaws of NGF
2. Amending the Articles of the Organization
3. Approval of Board of Directors & Executive Committee
