Project NIRC (National Integrity and Responsibility Complex)

NIRC Model

Next Generation Foundation’s Dream Project ‘National Integrity and Responsibility Complex’ is intended to be a model project to bring about awareness of the plight of 100s of thousands of orphan children across India. This project crossing the social barriers of discrimination would provide the best education to a small group of orphan children excelling in education. The difference is the “best education” to these children of God and not just basic education as they are often destined. With that special education to these children and training them to excel in various fields from Civil Services, Healthcare, Engineering, Arts and Science to Social and Political disciplines, we believe a Social change of hearts would come about in the largest democracy. These children between 8-10 years will be legally enrolled and admitted in NIRC. Educated and experienced people staffed with NIRC and volunteered academicians will bring them up in a disciplined way with ‘People First’ principle. All the necessary facilities will be provided with an aim that they will excel in academics, sports, communication skill and overall personality. These children will contribute in bringing positive social change in the society for the betterment of humanity.

NIRC will have two main units:
1) Full fledged Residential Facility (for 400 kids)
2) English Medium School based on Indian value system (for 400 kids)
