NEXTGEN Race Weekend Invitationals: This is an opportunity to invite girls and their families to a VIP racing event. A full day at the track with paddock access, hospitality, meet and greet with professional female ambassadors and tickets to watch the race.
NEXTGEN Track Days: These are opportunities to bring these communities to the track to experience a day of karting and explain the STEM theories used in motorsports. Track days will be educational programs organized with the Foundation’s partners in industry and the community with not-for-profits focused on driving change and diversity.

NEXTGEN Fellowships: Thanks to our network of partners in the motorsports industry, we will offer week-long opportunities for girls to shadow a woman in the industry to learn more about future professional opportunities they might never have known existed – from the driver's seat to the pit crew to developing new materials or designing games.

NEXTGEN Scholarships:
Planned for 2023 and dependent on funding, the Foundation will offer 1-3 scholarships each year, initially based in California. There will be a competitive application process to select the scholars, who will be chosen by a judging committee selected by the Foundation and announced in advance.
