Michelle spoke at the largest WIMNA  ever in Phoenix - here's a link with recordings if you missed the event. We're looking forward to the Petersen Racers Gala in April, always a unique opportunity to celebrate legends in the motorsports industry.

INITIATE

In collaboration with Sonoma Raceway, The Della Penna Foundation is inviting a group of high school girls to get a behind-the-scenes look at the GT World Challenge in April. Then May 17th-19th, we'll off a three-day program to learn all about career opportunities in motorsports during the weekend of qualifying races in Indianapolis. Watch for the online application to participate, only 20 girls will be able to join us as we visit IUPUI/Purdue, garages on Main Street, try their hands at karting with Fast Times, and spend the day at the Speedway.

TRAIN & COMPETE

In 2023, we offered a Fellowship to shadow women in the industry for a week and a Development Karting Scholarship for the NXG Youth Motorsports Program.  Thanks to a generous Giving Tuesday campaign, there will be three fellowships, two Grand Prix karting scholarships and two development karting scholarships in collaboration with NXG Youth Motorsports Program.
